OUR STORY

Why FC Dragons Dallas Was Founded

FC Dragons Dallas was founded in 2017 with a simple belief: No child should be denied the opportunity to play competitive soccer because of financial hardship.

Our organization began as a free recreational soccer program serving family members and local children in our community. 

Our founder, Violeta Torres, understands firsthand the challenges many families fac, as a young player, she had the talent and passion to compete at a higher level but lacked access to the financial resources required by traditional club programs.

Today, FC Dragons Dallas exist to provide the opportunities that many young athletes never receive-regardless of income level.
